I started Proof & Polish because I’ve spent years reading documents that were full of good ideas… hidden behind poor formatting, unclear wording, or tiny mistakes that undermined credibility.

With a degree in linguistics and a background in operational policy, service design, and project management, I translate complex ideas into plain English. I’m a professional business writer and document formatter with experience across:

• Proposals and formal business documents

• Government and corporate environments

I’m detail-oriented, slightly allergic to inconsistency, and genuinely enjoy making documents clearer and easier to use.
